What is
ABA Therapy?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the gold standard approach to autism therapy, rooted in the science of learning and behavior. It looks at why a behavior happens, then through data-driven observations, teaches practical, positive alternatives through small, achievable steps.
Among health organizations such as the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and American Medical Association alongside most major insurance providers, ABA therapy is regarded as the most effective approach for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

ABA At Home could be the solution you've been looking for to
take on your world.
How It Starts
Every family begins with an initial assessment. Our BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) meets with you in person to get to know your dependent. They'll observe, then talk with you about your goals and the challenges you'd like to work on.
From there, your BCBA creates a treatment plan and sets a schedule. Your dependent is matched with an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), the team member who works with them directly. Sessions can take place in-home or virtually, depending on what fits your family best.

In-Home
In-home ABA therapy happens where life happens. That might be your living room, a relative's house, or another space that feels familiar to your dependent. A familiar setting can help ease the tension of building new skills and working through difficulties. When your dependent is comfortable, it's easier to work on challenging behaviors in a way that feels natural.
Practicing in familiar surroundings can also make it easier to carry skills into school, work, community outings, and daily routines goping forward.
Family is part of the process too. If it’s determined to be helpful for your dependent, parents, siblings, and other family members can take part, so progress becomes something you work on together. Sessions can also be planned around your family's schedule.
Virtual

After their initial assessment, many clients have the option to continue therapy virtually.
Sometimes life gets in the way, even when you're doing everything you can to find the right care. Maybe there's too much going on at home to welcome a guest. Maybe in-person interaction feels like a lot for your dependent right now. We get it. Our virtual sessions offer a flexible way to keep support going.
Your dependent still learns in the comfort of home. The only difference is that their RBT (Registered Behavior Technician, the team member who works directly with them) joins by video instead of coming to your door. That means quality care fits into your life, not the other way around. If virtual ABA therapy sounds like the best option for your family, talk to your BCBA to discuss this further.
